- Court Awareness: understanding where to be on the court is crucial for defense and offense. Work on anticipating your opponent's next move and communicate effectively in doubles play.
- Strategy and Mental Toughness: Learn to adapt your game to different playing styles. Staying calm and focused during tough moments allows you that extra advantage.
