About the Academy

Founded by Long Island native, Ricky Mango – The Academy of Pickleball Training was born out of a pure passion for the sport. What started out as Ricky being an enthusiast to becoming a high level tournament player, it became evident he had a natural ability to teach. Other players started asking Ricky to do drills with them and through word of mouth he was quickly recognized as someone who could help others improve their game play.
